7.40pm            Yoga for Strength - Heart and muscle pumping sequences & stretches for stamina

Tuesday morning: Lostwithiel Community Centre, Lostwithiel

9.30am           Chair yoga - Chair and mat yoga to improve breathing and mobility

10.30 NEW for 2019 - Introduction to gentle yoga & somatics
(free the muscles of the hips, back, neck and shoulders)

11.30am         Gentle yoga & Somatics - Relieve back, hip, shoulder and neck pain
