This Sunday afternoon stretch down will offer targeted stretches and releases for runners, cyclists and athletes. As well as offering a range of developmental stretches for the legs, we will release the muscles of the upper and lower back and the joints of the hips, spine and sacrum. I will also work with any issues that come up as we move into the competition season. All props - blocks, straps, blankets and bolsters are provided
