Stretch and revive tired legs, release the muscles of the front, back and side body, decompress and mobilise the joints of the legs, pelvics and spine. A sunday afternoon stretch down and MOT for those competing in this years’ season of athletic, running and cycling events.
This Sunday afternoon stretch down will offer targeted stretches and releases for runners, cyclists and athletes. As well as offering a range of developmental stretches for the legs, we will release the muscles of the upper and lower back and the joints of the hips, spine and sacrum. I will also work with any issues that come up as we move into the competition season. All props - blocks, straps, blankets and bolsters are provided
