These seated and standing sessions have all the benefits of a traditional yoga class and somatics class but the postures, stretches and joint care exercises are practised either standing or sitting down.

This class is great way to exercise the brain while maintaining muscle strength and suppleness. As well as soothing aches and pains by freeing all of our joints areas and tight muscle areas, this class is excellent for those who experience breathing difficulties, COPD, asthma and high blood pressure.

These sessions are a huge amount of fun and offer a great introduction to the principles of yoga, chair yoga can help to relieve joint pain and improve posture and relaxation. Students normally go for a coffee afterwards so it is a great way to make new friends and connect with local people.
