Stretch and revive tired legs, release the muscles of the front, back and side body, decompress and mobilise the joints of the legs, pelvics and spine. A sunday afternoon stretch down and MOT for those competing in this years’ season of athletic, running and cycling events.
Dive deeper into the breath - explore the release the muscles of the breathing body and pause in restorative postures that open the chest, shoulders and side body.
Release the muscles of the upper and lower back body in a range of sequences and restorative postures.
Enjoy extended and deep stretches and releases for the back, legs and hips.

A targeted stretch and somatics class for athletes, runners and cyclists. We will stretch, relieve and revitalise tired legs, mobilise and free the joints of the legs, pelvis and back.
